What is the cut off mark for the Christmas delivery time ?
The cut off time for delivery before Christmas is 21st December 12pm.
Warranty and Returns
Does Retail Reward provide warranty?
We provide a 14 days return to base warranty please see terms and conditions. Warranty only covers the product if deemed faulty on delivery. To submit a warranty please visit live support or email info@retailreward.com.au
How does refund work?
If the product is considered faulty we will happily replace the same item or refund your money in store credit for the value of the purchase price including delivery
Can I change my mind on a purchase?
We do not provide a change of mind return to base warranty
Do all items have warranty on it?
All products are covered by our 14 days warranty. Some products include manufacturer’s warranty of up to 3 years. Please check product description
What is the procedure for replacements and refunds?
Please contact our warranty department in live help or email us to establish your identity. We will then implement our return procedure
Can I transfer my warranty to someone else if i sell it?
If you are able to produce the original invoice number under which we sold the product to you and it falls inside our warranty period then we are happy to honour the warranty

What Payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards such as Master Card, Bank Cards and Visa. Our merchant facility is with Pay Pal Australia to help keep your details safe and secure
Can I pay by Money Order or Cheque?
We do not accept money orders or cheques at this point in time
What cards do we accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and general Bank cards. All credit card payments is calculated in real time which means on the spot confirmation. We do not add any surcharges for using this service
Credit Card Security?

Why was my Credit Card return a decline note?
This can be due to a few reasons. Insufficient cleared funds, your credit card has expired please check your card, incorrect input of numbers and please check you enter in your CSC number. The CSC number can be found on the back of your card the last three digits

Delivery
How long does it take to get to me?
We provide a 1 to 3 days despatch service upon cleared funds. Your order will usually reach you within 4 working days for interstate and 1 to 3 days for Melbourne
Is delivery expensive?
We have partnered with Australia Post eParcel department to help with reliable and efficient delivery services. Our relationship with Australia Post means that we have competitive rates. All shipping charges are based on the weight, size and destination of your parcel. Please enter in your postcode to use our online delivery calculator
What happens when im not home?
All parcels are required signature on delivery unless specified from the customer. If you have made a delivery note in check out to leave in secure area of the house or do not require signature then we will honour that. If left unspecified Australia Post will leave a pick up note for you to go to your nearest Post Office to pick up the parcel
Do we offer combined delivery?
We do offer a combined delivery discount. Although our delivery rates are so low we have made sure that you even benifit from multiple parcels. Our online delivery calculator determines the amount depending on the parcel size
How is delivery calculated?
Retail Reward is always looking to find ways for you to save. Our delivery calculator is linked directly to Australia's Post database to retrieve all the information.

Does the Retail Reward Points expire?
The points do not expire and can be used any time
How do I join?
Joining is easy. Just go to the register page and fill in the form field to start shopping and earning reward points
What are the points worth?
We have a big reward scheme in place. For every 1000pts earn you will receive $5 store credit. This can be change without prior noticed. If you purchase a Baccarat wok for $99 then you will be credited 990 reward points. So with one purchase you could save almost $5 on the next purchase
How do i use my points?
To check your current points available please log in to your My Account. To use your points log in to your account and upon check out there will be a function there called reward points where you can allocate how many points you want to use per item. It will calculate the points in real time and offer you the discount
Can my points be used to exchange for money?
All points remain as store credit only. We do not exchange points for money

Do you offer gift vouchers
We currently do not offer gift vouchers but we will be shortly stay tuned
I made a mistake on my order how can i resolve this?
Most of the time all orders are usually packed and confirmed within 2 hours of submission. If you contact us as soon as possible before the order has been despatch we can help resolve this
I'm not 18 can i still purchase?
We require a credit card payment which requires you to be 18 years and over. So unless you hold a personal credit card we are unable to process the purchase
How do i become a supplier?
For all suppliers enquiry please use the contact us form in the contact us section. Select Supplier enquiry and we are then able to review the email
Do you offer lay by or rainchecks?
We do not currently offer lay-by or rainchecks
I need the product super urgent is there a option for express delivery?
On all urgent delivery there is a surcharge for express delivery. Please make a note of this in delivery comments in check out to use this service
I have not received my order what do i do?
